Top Circles Ahmedabad: contest rules

Top Circles is run by ADHUNIK LABS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Circlio”, “we”), the company behind the Circlio app, registered office 16, Jivan Shadhna Complex, Opposite Maniyasa Society, Maninagar, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380008, India. These rules apply to Preview Season of Top Circles Ahmedabad. Taking part means you accept them, together with the Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Preview Season runs from 8 October 2026 to 14 November 2026 (India Standard Time). Only activity inside that window counts. Results are announced on 14 November 2026.

• You must be 18 or older.
• You must live in Ahmedabad.
• You need a Circlio account that has passed identity verification (KYC) and is in good standing. Only verified accounts earn points or count as attendees.
• One account per person. A person with more than one account is not eligible.

Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. Paying never adds points. Checking in at a free event and at a paid event scores exactly the same, and nothing in Circlio can be bought to earn points or change your rank.

There are three boards: top hosts (people who organise events), top members (people who attend) and rising hosts (hosts whose first-ever published event on Circlio starts during the season). Ranking is on merit only: your rank comes from the points you earn through real participation. There is no random draw.

Points for hosts:

• Someone checks in at your event (each verified QR check-in): +50
• They come back again (their 2nd event with you this season): +75
• A member stays active (in your circle 7+ days and still showing up): +25
• You host an event (with 5 or more check-ins): +100
• Your new circle takes off (10 active members and a 5-person event): +250
• Get votes on your card (share your Circlio card · up to +250 a season): +5

Points for members:

• Check in at an event (scan your QR ticket at the door): +50
• Try a new circle (your first event with them): +25
• Bring a friend (counts when they check in): +75
• Help a host (scan tickets as check-in staff): +50
• Get votes on your card (share your Circlio card · up to +250 a season): +5

Only events in the Ahmedabad area count; online events don’t. A check-in means a verified QR scan of your ticket at the event. Up to 2 member check-ins score per day, up to 8 hosted events score per season, and an event counts as hosted once 5 verified people check in. Hosts don’t earn member points at their own events.

Ties are broken on merit, never by a draw: first by the stronger record (more unique attendees for hosts, more events attended for members), then by who reached the tied score first.

Everyone taking part gets a shareable Circlio card for the season. Other people can vote for it, and each vote adds points to the card owner’s season:

• Only signed-in Circlio accounts can vote. Voting needs a free account but no identity verification; the person who receives the points must still meet the eligibility rules above.
• One vote per card per day (India Standard Time), and never for your own card.
• Each vote adds +5 points. Only the first 50 votes a card receives in a season score, so votes can add at most +250 points a season. Votes beyond that still show on the card.
• Votes can only be cast while the season is live.
• Votes from fake or duplicate accounts, and bought, sold, traded or automated votes, are not allowed. Anyone who takes part in them is disqualified.
• We may void any vote that looks suspicious, and the points it added, at any time before results are announced.

You can share your Circlio card or your invite link anywhere. Sharing by itself earns nothing: you earn points only when your link brings real results, that is votes on your card (as above) and new people who join Circlio through it and then check in at an event (+75 each, as a friend you brought; their account must be under 30 days old when they are linked to you). Paying or rewarding people to vote or sign up is not allowed.

• #1 on every board: Instax Mini camera (Instant camera with a film pack)
• #2 on every board: JBL Go speaker (Pocket Bluetooth speaker)
• #3 on every board: Circlio kit (Tee, cap, pen, chocolates and a voucher)

• Each prize is worth no more than ₹10,000.
• Everyone who hits the season goal gets a Circlio tee and an invite to the winners' night.
• One prize per person per season. If someone places on more than one board, they receive the prize from the first board in this order: hosts, rising hosts, members. The next eligible person on the other board takes that place.
• If a listed prize becomes unavailable, we may replace it with one of equal or greater value.

After the season closes, the boards are reviewed and results are announced on 14 November 2026. Winners are told in the app and contacted using the details on their Circlio account.

Before a prize is sent we confirm that the winner is the verified owner of the account and meets these rules. We will only ask for a PAN if the law requires it for a particular prize. Prizes are delivered within 30 days of the results date.

We may void points, remove someone from a board, or withdraw a prize for:

• using more than one account, or accounts that belong to someone else;
• device or SIM farming, or creating accounts to inflate attendance;
• fake check-ins, scanning your own ticket, or check-ins without really attending;
• buying, selling, trading or automating votes, or voting with fake or duplicate accounts;
• any other attempt to game the boards, or a breach of the Community Guidelines.

Automated checks flag unusual patterns, and a person on our team reviews every flag before anyone is removed. The top of every board is reviewed before results are announced.

In the app, signed-in people see first names, photos and circle names on the boards. On this website and in any public announcement, your first name and photo appear only if you turn on public display in the app; otherwise you show as “A Circlio host” or “A Circlio member”. The name of a public circle may still be shown. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

Anyone Circlio pays or gives anything to promote Top Circles must clearly label those posts as “Ad”.

Decisions on eligibility, points and disqualification are made by Circlio under these rules. We may update these rules for future seasons; during a season we only change them to fix an error or to comply with the law, and we post every change on this page with a new “last updated” date.

These rules are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
