Cancellation & refunds
How refunds work for paid Circlio events and tickets.
When this applies
Circlio is currently free to use. Paid events, tickets and subscriptions are not available in this version, so there is nothing to refund today. The policy below applies only if paid events are introduced. Free events and communities involve no payment.
Organiser policies
Each paid event displays its refund policy before payment. The policy in effect when you buy the ticket applies to that purchase, subject to any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Requesting a refund
Request a refund from your ticket in the app. When a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method through the relevant payment provider. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to show the refund in your account.
Cancelled or changed events
If an organiser cancels an event, eligible tickets are refunded. If the date, time, or venue changes materially, you may request a refund under the event’s policy.
